Every plan we write has one goal: for you to stop needing us. That means teaching you how your gut works, how to read your own patterns and how to eat out, travel and celebrate without a spreadsheet. Freedom is the deliverable.

Juno gave me my appetite back
I'd cut out so much I was scared of food. Within six weeks I knew my real triggers, I was eating pasta again and the bloating had settled. Life-changing.

You need to book Juno yesterday

Priya N., Sydney
I finally understand my gut
The reintroduction phase felt like detective work and Juno walked me through every step. I've kept 80% of the foods I thought were off-limits forever.

How We Work
Discover
Your Story
We start with your history, your symptoms and the foods you miss most. No judgement, no food rules — just a clear picture of what's really going on.
Build
Your Plan
A low-FODMAP plan built around real life: your budget, your cooking skills and your favourite meals. Simple swaps first, restriction only where it's needed.
Connect with
Your Gut
Reintroduce foods one by one, learn your true triggers and lock in a way of eating you can keep for good. Calm gut, full plate.
Frequently asked Questions
You've got questions, we've got answers.
How long does the Gut Reset take?
Twelve weeks, start to finish. The first four are about calming things down, the middle four are structured reintroductions, and the last four turn what we learned into your long-term way of eating.
Do I have to go fully low-FODMAP?
Almost never. Most people only need to pull back a handful of foods for a few weeks. We restrict as little as possible and reintroduce as soon as we can — a long, strict elimination is not the goal.
Can you work with me online?
Yes. Every service runs fully online across Australia with video consults, a shared plan you can open on your phone, and messaging support between sessions.
Do you take referrals or health-fund rebates?
You don't need a referral. Consults may be claimable with private health extras cover and, where eligible, under a GP Chronic Disease Management plan — we'll help you check.
What if I have IBS plus something else?
Very common. We work alongside your GP or gastroenterologist and adapt the plan for coeliac disease, reflux, endometriosis, ADHD, vegetarian and vegan eating, and busy family life.
What does ongoing support look like?
Monthly check-ins, plan tweaks as life changes, new recipes each month and a direct line for the 'is this okay to eat?' moments. Cancel any time.
